We are committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards tax evasion and the criminal facilitation of tax evasion, in accordance with the Criminal Finances Act 2017.
We do not tolerate tax evasion or its facilitation under any circumstances, whether by clients, staff, or associated third parties. Our internal procedures are designed to prevent, detect, and address any risk of facilitation offences, and we provide regular training to all personnel to ensure compliance with the law.
We also conduct due diligence on third parties and include appropriate contractual safeguards to ensure compliance with anti-tax evasion obligations.
Maintaining our reputation for integrity is paramount, and we take any breach of our policy extremely seriously.
